Delete Your Account & Data

1. 1Sign in to your Blackcase Financial account
2. 2Tap "Settings" in the bottom navigation
3. 3Scroll to the "Account" section
4. 4Tap "Delete Account"
5. 5Confirm deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days

3. 3Click "Delete Account"
4. 4Confirm deletion, your account, client associations, and all data will be permanently removed within 30 days

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

• ✕Your profile information (name, email, phone)
• ✕Your financial profile and gap analysis data
• ✕Your booking and meeting history
• ✕Your policy information

The following data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and compliance purposes:

• ⏱Transaction records
• ⏱Security logs
